Randy Collins, Manager The Broad Theater is excited to announce their first ever CineBrunch! Guests are invited to share a bite and coffee on Saturday, February 12 before viewing the 1959 comedy classic Some Like it Hot starring Marilyn Monroe, Jack Lemmon & Tony Curtis. Brunch (savory scones, yogurt & granola (GF), chia pudding (V & GF), fruit, muffins and coffee) will be prepared by the Broad Street Grind (www.broadstreetgrind) and provided to guests at 10:30 AM. At 11:00 AM, the movie will begin. Guests will be allowed to take their food and drink into the theater for this special viewing. Please send an email to info@broadtheater.com with any dietary restrictions. Events such as these unfortunately have become rare in our modern society as local theaters dwindle in numbers, making it the Broad Theater’s pleasure to host such a wonderful event. CineBrunch will be a great way for members of local communities to support their local theater and coffee shop, and for the community to come together. Broad Theater prides itself on being a beautifully refurbished 3-screen local cinema, largely stocked with candy, bottled sodas and drinks, local snacks, and last, but certainly not least, buttery popcorn. Broad Theater’s goal is to provide the local communities with the ultimate movie destination, complete with affordable prices and fun films for everyone to enjoy.
