HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry (PA Chamber) has submitted formal public comments to the Allegheny County Board of Health opposing the proposed amendment to Article XXIV that would mandate up to 18 weeks of employer-funded paid leave.
In its submission, the PA Chamber outlines significant concerns with the proposal’s scope, cost, and potential impact on Pennsylvania employers, particularly small and mid-sized businesses.
